Kathmandu Valley, this trip combines a
little of all the aspects that makes
Nepal so popular. Our trek takes us
through valleys, canyons, forests full
of birdlife and to clearings on ridges
for stunning views of the |

mountains. On
our way we will see the rural
culture of the Gurung people as
we pass through villages. Time
on the Trisuli River gives us a
chance to see a different side
of life. We paddle through
exciting rapids, but we also
have a chance to relax, to fish,
bird-watch or swim, and to float
past scenic waterfalls and lush
grottoes on our way through the
canyon. At Chitwan we are sure
to see rhinos as we take an
elephant-back safari, and may
well see wild boar, monkeys and
crocodiles. If the gods are with
us we may even see that most
magical of creatures - the Royal
Bengal Tiger. |

Itinerary of The Heart Of
Nepal In
Detail. |
Days 01 :
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel for
overnight. The rest of the day is ours to relax. |
Days 02 :
Today, you will enjoy guided tours of Kathmandu and
Patan City. |
Days 03 :
You'll transfer to the airport to take our flight to
Pokhara, then drive through the Tibetan refugee camp
to near Dhampus Fhedi where our 5 day trek begins
after lunch. Trek to Dhampas (1787m) and take in the
stunning views |
Days 04 :
Trek to Landrung (1646m). |
Days 05 :
Trek to Ghandrung (1951m). |
Days 06 :
Trek to Chandrakot (1563m) |
Days 07 :
We visit the British Agricultural Centre. Trek ends
at Khare. After lunch you will drive back to Pokhara |
Days 08 :
Start driving to Charaudi on the Trisuli River for a
day of exciting and scenic rafting. Raft up to
Kuringhat |
Days 09 :
After another morning fun rafting, you leave the
river after lunch and drive to Chitwan National
Park. Enjoy wildlife viewing on elephant back and a
visit to a nearby village. |
Days 10 :
You will have early morning bird watching to enjoy
and afternoon game drives. |
Days 11 :
Transfer to tented camp after breakfast, either by
jeep or by elephant. In the afternoon take nature
walks |
Days 12 :
After an early morning jungle tour, you will drive
back to Kathmandu. |
Days 13 :
Half day tour of the nearby ancient town of
Bhaktapur. |

Days 14 :
Transfer to the airport and fly back to home. |
