The wireless connection - Bluetooth
Bluetooth is an open wireless protocol. Using it data can be exchanged over short distances from fixed or mobile devices. By overcoming the problems of synchronization, it can connect several devices. Bluetooth makes it possible to connect and exchange communication between devices, such as mobile phones, laptops, telephones, personal computers, cameras etc. It uses a radio technology called frequency – hopping spread spectrum. This disseminates data being sent and chunks of it are transmitted on or up to 79 frequencies. A Bluetooth connection is wireless, inexpensive and automatic.
Bluetooth headsets allow individuals to use their mobile, hand free so that it does not hinder their driving. The person can use the Bluetooth headset and continue to attend to other work, without interference.
Bluetooth wireless and wired headsets can be of three types: The ear bud headset, on the ear headsets and over the head headsets.
Another accessory is the Bluetooth car kit. Here one can use the mobile phone in the car without interfering with driving. It is useful for people who are constantly on their mobile while driving. The Bluetooth car kit makes one a much safer driver.
Bluetooth car kits come in many types and have multiple benefits. They can be attached to the car’s cigarette lighter or a more high tech one can be installed. On turning on the ignition, the blue tooth mobile phone and the Bluetooth car kit get automatically connected.
This open wireless connection called the Bluetooth has simplified this complicated world and has created a carefree life.
